so the cold and yet cosy weather has decided to return. and i am really enjoying it very much. but i am sure my tune will change when i have to step out on my way to work. i watched this real 'chick flick' for lack of a better phrase: must love dogs. it is a pretty normal story of boy meets girl and have issues but boy and girl end up happily ever after. the one thing which struck me however is how scared we are as human beings to just tell people we like and love them. and i suppose all the traditional and 'right ways of doing things' play a strong part in the decisions we make.

but i am doubly sure that everyone, has at one point or another, in their lives, had a story like this. i like you, but you have no clue that this is true. sometimes you even have no clue who i am or what i do, just that sometimes our paths may cross on the way to the shops of to lectures or at the garage. i am not in love with you but i do like you. i dont know why, there is surely something about you. and this silently frustrating situation goes on forever and ever. you still go the same shop. and think all those crazy 'what ifs' in silence. how nice.

just do it dammit. throw away your inhabitions and in your most tactful way tell them. awkwardness and fear will no doubt make their way into your thinking. but this too will come to pass. and if anything- your brave-o-meter has shot up by about 7.2 rungs. just remember, don't expect the outcome not to be hillariously funny or the complete opposite of what you would like. do it...just do it.
