last night i looked back at some writing i had done in port alfred some time ago... towards the end of last year. it brought back such vivid thoughts and for a long moment i remembered exactly what life was like at that moment, why we had come to pa, what had happened the week before, what was going on and how great it felt to just stop. i can say that i enjoyed that piece of writing very much. it made me pause and smile many a times. breakthrough... here's to hard work on more writing like that in this new 365 days.
