at the end of last year i lost appelsamy. he was my frog- and by the time he disappeared he was a bit battered as you can see. i called him appelsamy because he was green like my apple fetish at the time and samy- because it's the general ending for a very distinct indian surname. and him being an indian frog, of course he had to have a indian name.

now what led me to thinking about him, is that at this same time last year i lost one of my pink elmo gloves. and now since we are sitting in minimum 2 degree weather, i really miss my elmo gloves. yes, i am 24, and yes i have this weird habit of naming things. but i think that's ok because i dont want to age and forget how cool it was to be a child. when everything seemd bigger and cooler than everything else.

today levina turned 24-inevitably we got talking about how old we were getting. i think if every now and then we take a randomn split second to see things as children sometimes do-we'll be okay. happy birthday dol. you're like the girl side of me and the only person i'd give my india cricket shirt to.

today i like: heaters and new ideas
