i thought it would be a nice change to post a picture. i love being behind the camera, things are just much more interesting from there. this picture was taken at an art exhibition by fine art students, during festival 2006. art exhibitions are such under-rated things, maybe it's because we just don't go out of our way to go to them. i don't know. either way i dig them. this is one of my favourite pieces from that particular exhibition. i like the way it makes you look at things we generally either disregard or just not give much thought to. how cool and yet so arb-to paint corners of doors and frames. still... i really like something about it. exhibitions at festival were unbelievable this year.

as an aside, in real everyday life, my glorious youth is being shadowed by work at the moment-it is stressing me way out. if anything this whole hecticness has shown me that even if you are good at something, you can do it without enjoying it at all. the clicker is enjoying what stresses you out. so that's what i'm on the hunt for, 2007 better bring it in. there! there's the blooming silver lining optimism.

today i like: injections that take the itch away...
today i dislike: i can't sleep lately... i need good ol fashioned indian remedies. hook me up!
