i've been thinking about many different things of late. ok i lie. mostly i've been working insanely, with work being in the most busiest time of the year. but lots has been happening. plans for next year landed on me out the blue and took me completely by surprise. but let's see what comes of this sudden occurence. every now and then i realise just how long i've been in this little town. ok sure, we are a small town... there are maybe 2 sets of robots around, you can cover town in like 20 minutes flat, i often wave to the donkeys as i walk to work early in the mornings, people know your business, there are limited places to do just about everything. but in most cases this place has had its ups. i realise that an hour in a mall is enough for me these days, i love long walks in areas where i don't have to worry about locking my whole life away, everyday people like tellers have fat chats with you, people become like family in a place like this.

i don't know, but it's helped me prioritise what life is better with. what at first looked boring and insanely short term, ended up teaching me so much about how to really spend one's time. did i ever think i'd last past my journ degree here? nope. but that's often life's best planned secrets-those you know nothing about and then realise in restrospect that it was right at the time.

today i like: portugal and spain soon...
