lol i love the name of the band i'm listenin to: the killers. insanity reigned supreme at the office today as we all found ourselves in a quiet lull, i think we were all transferring the madness into our heads. until the afternoon-when everyone let loose and the office tuned into a mental asylum. ok it wasn't that drastic but enough to make me feel itchy! conference proper starts sunday, but other side events have already begun.

in other news... i've been thinking about things and why we do certain things and why not others. and why we admit to certain things and tend to shy away from admitting others. which means we really are one way with someone and another way with another. seriously vague, i know. but along the lines of what has become clearer and clearer to me-the pictures we paint of ourselves to others, how we filter what people should and should not know. easier to keep them further away i guess.

for those that have read my recent posts, you would have noticed that i've been hooked onto snow patrol. their lyrics are awesome and they are the kind of band, that the more you listen to them, the more you want to hear from them. "take this chaos turn it into life, i've got to see you one last night...electric shocks on aching bones, there is a darkness deep in you." relax people i'm not losing it... you've got to hear it to know.
